Biography:
Born and raised in Calgary, his life wasn‘t always that easy. With three younger siblings and a pair of loving, yet poor parents, things started off rather promising, until his father died unexpectedly on a trip through the Rocky Mountains, making it his responsibility to look after his family. He dropped out of school at the age of 13, and worked as a day-taler for some time. After a year he was apprenticed to a blacksmith, where he worked until his brothers were able to look after themselves. Now, his body steeled, he went to look for a new challenge in wrestling.
He is a calm man – people used to call him ‚cold‘ back at home, assuming he was unable to feel emotions of any kind. Of course this is utter nonsense – he feels like anyone else. Thing is, he never shows. The last time he allowed himself to cry was at his father‘s burial, the last time he allowed himself to hope was weeks before he eventually had to commit his mother to an institution. Now he is just calm, always polite and helpful, but always wearing a mask of indifference, letting noone enter his comfort zone, no matter what motives they might have. He learned, that the biggest pain comes from losing something – he is rather all alone, then having to go through all that again.
Involvement in ORW
After managing on his own the first time, he grew to like a woman, namely D.A. Wall. After her disappearance he projected these feelings to a new girl, Mallory Montrose. After a successful season, in which he did his best to aid and protect her, she not only managed to claim her first title, but also revealed she was not who she pretended to be. Hurt and feeling betrayed Varuda sought joy in alcohol and joined ranks with twisted Scarlett Haze, bringing forth the darkest sides of his personality.
